Refund & Returns Policy

INKIQ operates on a made-to-order model. Every piece is produced specifically for you once your order is placed. Because of this, standard returns and exchanges are not supported.

If Something Isn’t Right

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we’ll fix it.

Email panfurwarellc@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos of the issue

Once verified, you’ll receive either a replacement at no cost or a full refund.

What’s Not Eligible

We do not offer refunds or exchanges for:

  • Incorrect size selection
  • Change of mind
  • Minor color variation (screen vs print differences)

Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of purchase. After that, production begins and cancellations are no longer possible.

Refund Timing

Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method. Processing typically takes 5–10 business days, depending on your provider.
