The HBCU ELITE MATRIX V1 is crafted from 100% soft combed cotton utilizing a dense 32-count plain weave at a substantial fabric weight of 440g/m² (440 GSM). Pre-shrunk to maintain its form over time, it features an oversized fit, drop shoulders, and a snug collar designed for wind protection.

 

Finished with a kangaroo pocket, side-seamed construction, binding taped neck and shoulders, and double-stitched ribbed cuffs and hem, this piece delivers lasting durability. Unlike standard mid-weight hoodies in the lineup, the 440 GSM pre-shrunk weight, washed effect, and easy-to-fade treatment give this specific iteration a vintage retro hue and a structured, heavyweight drape.

 

For best care, wash on the reverse side with neutral detergents. Do not soak, expose to the sun, or bleach. Iron, steam, or tumble dry at low temperature (maximum 30°C or 90°F).
